Privacy policy

This is a test site. Seasonal Table is not a real publication: it exists to demonstrate and test the Consent Studio consent banner, including its support for the IAB Europe Transparency & Consent Framework.

Who is responsible

This site is operated by Vallonic B.V., the company behind Consent Studio. For any question about this policy or your data, write to [CONTACT EMAIL].

What this site collects

The site itself has no accounts, forms, comments, analytics or advertising of its own. It stores nothing about you except the choices you make in the consent banner.

The site is hosted on GitHub Pages. Like any web host, GitHub receives your IP address and browser details when you load a page, to deliver the page and keep the service secure. See GitHub's own privacy statement for how they handle that.

The consent banner

The banner is provided by Consent Studio. When you make a choice, the banner stores it in your browser, in cookies whose names start with consent-studio__, so it does not ask you again on every page. Your choice is also recorded as proof of consent, as the law requires. You can change your choice at any time with Privacy settings at the bottom of every page.

IAB Europe Transparency & Consent Framework

This site takes part in the IAB Europe Transparency & Consent Framework and complies with its Specifications and Policies. It uses the Consent Studio consent management platform, whose identification number is [CMP ID].

The banner lists the purposes and the vendors that this site discloses, and lets you give or refuse consent, and object to processing based on legitimate interest, per purpose and per vendor. Your choices are stored in a TC string, in the consent-studio__tc cookie, and are made available to those vendors through the framework's standard interface. This test site loads no vendor scripts itself.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct and delete your personal data, to object to its processing, and to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting what happened before. You can also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority; in the Netherlands, that is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
